Milan Card - Cabbage 2855

The little 10-yard card is perfect for my 18-mesh canvas, and the silk-wool blend has just the right sheen for the cabbage leaves I'm stitching. It took me a minute to get used to the non-strandable twist, but the coverage is so even that I'm already planning a second project with it.

This is my third time buying this silk-wool blend and the 10-yard length is perfect for a small cross-stitch project without wasting thread. The way the light hits the cabbage green color is just lovely, and it glides through 18 mesh like a dream.

The silk-wool blend has such a lovely drape, and it’s perfect for the 18-mesh project I’m stitching now. The cabbage green is rich and true to the photo, though I know dye lots can shift. Ten yards won’t be quite enough for a big piece, but for a small motif it’s just right.
