The 50/50 silk-wool blend gives this thread a subtle sheen without being too slippery to work with on 18 mesh. The color depth is lovely, and it covers nicely—just enough yardage for a small project.

I was nervous the 10 yards wouldn't be enough for my project, but it's worked out perfectly on 18 mesh. The colors are rich and the non-strandable twist makes it lay flat without any fuss.
