Milan Card - June Bug 2753

I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly this thread glides through 18 mesh canvas — no fraying or tangling. The silk-wool blend gives it a subtle sheen that makes the June Bug color really pop.

The "June Bug" shade is a rich, heathered brown-green that looks far more dimensional on the canvas than I expected from the label. It slides through 18 mesh without fraying, and the 10-yard length was just enough to fill a small floral motif.

The 50/50 silk and wool blend gives this thread a lovely sheen that shows up beautifully on 18 mesh, and the color depth is exactly what the June Bug name promises. Ten yards was enough for a detailed flower motif, though I'll admit the non-strandable aspect took a moment to get used to.
