Milan Card - Ying 2800

The silk-wool blend gives this thread such a lovely, subtle sheen on 18 mesh, and the 10-yard length was just enough for my project without waste. Colors matched the listing photo better than I expected for a fiber.

The 50/50 silk and wool blend glides through 18 mesh like butter, and the 10-yard length was just enough for the highlight details I needed. Finished the piece with a soft, matte sheen that photos don't do justice.

The color is richer in person than on my screen, which is a relief since I was nervous about the dye lot thing. The 10-yard length was just right for the small project I had in mind, and it worked beautifully on my 18 mesh canvas.
