Milan Cards - Fawn 2625

The 50/50 silk-wool blend is lovely—the wool gives it a nice grip on 18 mesh without fraying. It’s a perfect match for my needlepoint project, and the fawn color is richer than I expected from the online image.

The silk gives it a soft sheen that really pops on 18 mesh, and the wool keeps the fibers from sliding apart while stitching. I was pleasantly surprised how true the fawn color was to the image online.

This 50/50 silk-wool blend has just the right amount of loft for 18 mesh, and the 10-yard length was plenty for the small detail I was stitching. The fawn color is exactly what I hoped for—warm without being too yellow.
