I was pleasantly surprised that this 50/50 silk-wool blend didn't tangle at all on 18 mesh, and the 10-yard length was perfect for my small project.

This thread is so much easier to work with than the cotton ones I've tried before, especially on 18 mesh where it doesn't fray at all. The color is richer in person than what I saw on screen, and the 10-yard length was perfect for my project.

The silk-wool blend has just the right amount of drape for my 18-mesh project, and the 10-yard length was plenty. The non-strandable twist stays put without splitting, which saves me so much fiddling. The color is richer in person than on screen, though I know dye lots vary.
