I was pleasantly surprised by how well this 10-yard spool works with an 18-mesh canvas, the coverage is excellent. The silk and wool fibers have a subtle sheen that adds depth to my needlepoint project.

The silk-wool blend is so smooth to pull through 13 mesh, and those 10 yards went further than I expected on my project. The non-strandable twist kept everything tidy without fraying, which I really appreciated. Color depth is lovely, even if it varies slightly from what’s on screen.

I’ve used this thread on 18 mesh and it glides through without any fraying. The silk-wool blend gives the stitches a subtle sheen that looks really elegant.
