Milan Card - Habanero 2721

I was worried the silk-wool blend might be scratchy, but it's actually incredibly smooth and easy to thread through my 18 mesh. The habanero shade has a subtle sheen that gives the piece a really nice depth without being too flashy. Just what I needed to finish this project.

The color is a deep, rich habanero that pops beautifully against 18 mesh. I was skeptical about the non-strandable claim, but it really does hold its shape without fraying, making stitching much faster.

The silk-and-wool blend in this thread gives the stitching a really nice sheen without being too shiny. It worked perfectly on my 13-mesh piece, and the color is richer in person than what my screen showed.
