The non-strandable thread made stitching on 18 mesh a breeze without any splitting. I’m really happy with how the silk-wool blend adds a subtle sheen to the final piece. Just a heads-up that the color is a touch warmer in person than on screen.

The silk-wool blend feels wonderfully soft as I stitch, and the 50/50 mix gives it just enough structure for 18 mesh without splitting. Colors are richer in person than on screen, though I'd order the same dye lot if you're doing a big project.

The 10-yard length was perfect for a small 13-mesh project, and the silk-wool blend has a lovely, subtle sheen that photographs well. It’s a bit slippery to work with, but the finished stitch definition made it worth the extra care.
