Milan Cards - Veil 2655

The 50/50 silk-wool blend has a lovely sheen and soft feel that worked beautifully on 18 mesh. Just what I needed for a detailed project, and the 10-yard length was surprisingly generous.

I was a little worried the colors would be off from the photo, but on 18-mesh the muted teal and gold are even prettier in person. The ten-yard length was just enough for the small area I needed, and it feels wonderfully soft to stitch with.

I’ve been stitching with this thread on 18 mesh and the silk-wool blend makes the texture feel noticeably richer than synthetic options. The color depth is beautiful even under dim light—just keep dye lot variations in mind if you need multiple packs.
