The silk-wool blend is so soft to work with, and the 10-yard length was plenty for my project on 13 mesh. I really appreciate how smoothly it glides without any fraying.

I’ve been stitching on 18 mesh with this thread and the coverage is surprisingly full for 10 yards. The colors in person are richer than I expected from the online sample, though they do vary a bit between dye lots. It glides smoothly through the canvas without fraying, which makes the whole process

The silk-wool blend gives this thread a lovely soft sheen that photographs beautifully on 18 mesh. The colors are rich and subtle, though I’d suggest ordering a shade card first since my monitor made the pinks look brighter than they arrived. Perfect for my current needlepoint project.
