Milan Card - Pimento 2571A

I've been searching for a non-strandable thread that works well with 18 mesh, and this 50/50 silk-wool blend handles beautifully without fraying. The color is rich and consistent throughout the 10-yard length.

The pimento red is exactly the shade I needed for my 18-count linen project, and it blends beautifully without tangling. Ten yards is plenty for the small accents I'm adding.

The 50-50 silk and wool blend has such a nice, subtle sheen that adds depth to the stitching. I was worried the yardage wouldn't be enough, but 10 yards went a long way on my 13 mesh project.
